Medical Contraindications

Children or adolescents cannot participate in the program if they have any of the following medical conditions:

  • Acute diseases or conditions in the exacerbation phase, complicated by purulent processes or non-pulmonary complications, requiring inpatient treatment, including surgical intervention.

  • Frequent or severe bleeding of any origin (e.g., hemophilia, von Willebrand disease, thrombocytopenia, thrombocytopathy, etc.).

  • Severe anemia with hemoglobin levels below 80 g/L.

  • Frequent generalized seizures of any etiology, including epilepsy.

  • Acute infectious diseases.

  • Echinococcosis of any localization and other parasitic infections.

  • Osteomyelitis.

  • Acute deep vein thrombosis.

  • Dystrophy, stage III.

  • All forms of active tuberculosis.

  • Malignant neoplasms of any localization.

  • Respiratory insufficiency (e.g., bronchiectasis, bronchial asthma, etc.).

  • Diseases of the urinary system (congenital kidney anomalies, nephritis, glomerulonephritis, hydronephrosis, etc.).

  • Presence of complex comorbid conditions.

  • Metabolic disorders (e.g., diabetes mellitus, myxedema, thyrotoxicosis, etc.) or functional insufficiency of the liver or pancreas.

  • Venereal diseases.

  • Purulent or contagious skin diseases (e.g., scabies, fungal infections, etc.).

  • Mental and behavioral disorders.

  • Complicated cardiac rhythm disorders (e.g., congenital or acquired heart defects, etc.).

  • Various purulent diseases, including pulmonary infections.

  • Other comorbid conditions that prevent active participation in wellness or rehabilitation activities for 2–3 hours per day.
