Dear Parents
The most challenging period for a child is the first week at the center. During this time, the child meets new friends, adjusts to the climate and new daily routine, and learns to manage without parents. Do not worry if the child does not manage to call home during this period.
To ensure the safety of mobile phones, children hand over their phones to their teaching coordinators (to be kept in a safe). Phones are returned to children during daytime rest (quiet hour), strictly on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
The Center’s administration strongly advises that money be handed over to the teaching coordinators for safekeeping (to be kept in a safe) upon arrival at the center. Money will be given to the child upon request.
The Center’s administration recommends not giving children large sums of money, so as not to burden them with the task of deciding how to spend it.
A trip to "Baldauren" is a wonderful opportunity for your child to develop independence. Prepare them for the idea that you will not be around for a while, but that this will not stop them from having a fun and productive time.
Sincerely,
The Administration of the Republican Educational and Health Center (RUOC) "Baldauren", Balkhash
