Educational Discussion: Constitutional Amendments in the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2026

An educational discussion dedicated to the topic of the constitutional amendments planned in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2026 was held at our Center. The event brought together members of the staff for an informational exchange on the subject.

The session was moderated by history teacher Zhannur Akashev Abrakhmvnovich. During the meeting, participants were provided with an overview of the legal framework governing constitutional amendments, the procedures for their consideration and adoption, as well as the stages of their potential implementation. Particular attention was given to the referendum process and the role of citizens in participating in decision-making at the national level.

The discussion also addressed the possible implications of the proposed amendments for the system of public administration and the broader legal framework. Participants engaged in dialogue, raised questions, and shared perspectives.
