The “Zhastar” Pedagogical Team Celebrates 23 Years!

This year marks the 23rd anniversary of the “Zhastar” pedagogical team — a remarkable milestone in the history of the Baldauren Educational and Wellness Center. Since their founding in 2002, the team has grown into a strong, united community that has achieved significant success while touching the hearts and lives of countless children.

Twenty-three years is no small journey. Throughout this time, the “Zhastar” team has become an essential part of Baldauren’s life. Every season, the educators welcome hundreds of children, filling their days with joy, support, warmth, and confidence. Each organizer-teacher is a guiding light in the world of childhood — a symbol of kindness, creativity and dedication.

The guiding principle of “Zhastar” is simple yet profound: to bring joy, instill confidence, and fill every child’s heart with warmth. They educate through play, develop through creativity, and nurture through compassion. At times a mentor, at times a trusted friend — each teacher leaves a lasting mark in the heart of every child.

Over the years, their work has brought numerous achievements, recognition, and invaluable experience. Today, the “Zhastar” pedagogical team is known for its professionalism, humanity, innovative approach, and unwavering commitment to its mission.
Throughout their 23-year journey, they have:
