Our Learning Journey: Coaching with Mağzat Rasylkhanova

Today, our teachers and staff took part in an engaging learning coaching session led by the wonderful math teacher, Mağzat Rasylkhanova. Everyone was eager to learn new things and share experiences.

During the session, we explored:

• Effective ways to engage students;

• Modern approaches to teamwork and communication;

• Strategies for professional growth and self-management.

A special focus was on developing the skill of “Curious-to-Learn Educator” — the ability to keep learning while inspiring both ourselves and our students. Participants shared real-life examples, discussed practical cases, and exchanged fresh ideas.

By the end of the session, our team decided on an exciting initiative: each month, we’ll read a book together and discuss it. This approach will help us grow professionally, strengthen our teamwork, and spark new inspiration.
